Connect the database

Monitorly needs an empty MySQL 8 or MariaDB 10.6 database and a user with full rights to it. The password is written to .env outside the webroot — never into the database itself.

MySQL runs on this server Uses 127.0.0.1 on port 3306. Uncheck to point at another database server.
