Connect the database

Monitorly needs an empty MySQL 8 or MariaDB 10.6 database and a user with full rights to it. The password is written to .env outside the webroot — never into the database itself.

Only needed when the database is shared with another application.

Name the site

Used when showing times. Measurements are always stored in UTC.

This first account is an administrator. You can add more people afterwards.
